About the role
As our receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area. You’ll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident’s dignity at all times.
Here’s some other important things you need to know:

You’ll conduct family visits round the home for any visitor who requires one in accordance with the training you have received

You’ll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors, internal or external bodies.
