About the role

As our Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for two care homes safety and comfort of our residents when driving them to their destinations.  You will carry out daily safety and cleaning checks of the vehicle and report any issues to the home manager. You will interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident’s dignity at all times. 

 

You'll predominantly be based at Bramley Court our care home in Cambridgeshire but you'll be required to assist Brooklands care home based in Norwich on some days with the possibilities of occasional weekends. 

Here’s some other important things you need to know:

  • You must have a full, clean drivers’ licence and clean criminal record – you will be driving a car and a minibus, D1 license is essential
  • You’ll complete all relevant paperwork and fill in log sheets as required on a daily basis.
