About the role

As our Care Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible to promote person centered care in all aspects of daily living throughout the whole home and team. You'll liaise with the Home Manager and to ensure that a wide variety of social activities are organized, meeting the needs and requirements of all Residents. You'll also monitor the  team members compliance on QCS and to sign of their compliance audits monthly.

  • To provide information, support and advice and be a positive role model/culture changer to team members relating to person centered practice, values and principles underpinning person centered well-being to ensure the best possible quality of life.
  • To liaise with the Home Manager and to ensure that a wide variety of social activities are organized, meeting the needs and requirements of all Residents.
  • To promote the home through participation &, facilitation with all events and liaise/work with the central office support team in ensuring plans are effective and responsive and reflect the homes values and resident’s well-being.
  • Discuss and develop new vanguards that demonstrate positive outcomes for people.
  • To monitor health & safety in the home.
  • To promote exceptional customer service to every one that comes in to the home.
  • To ensure the home environment is excellent.
